You purchase an e-bike and pay in installments. First, you make an initial payment depending on the selected plan and a one-time payment of $99. You need to choose one of the following plans, with the monthly amount depending on the selected term:

The split payments program is open to individuals 18 and above who can provide the necessary documents:

We have replaced the rent-to-own program with a split payments program. Terms haven't been changed for current users on this plan.
If you own a Whizz e-bike, you can join WhizzCare Membership for $9 per month and receive maintenance and repair services from our most experienced mechanics at our offices in New York and New Jersey at the lowest possible cost.
The e-bike comes with a user manual, battery manual and split payments agreement.
You can pick up your e-bike at one of our offices in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia or you can opt for door-to-door delivery starting from $19 in these cities.
You won't be able to return the bike before making all payments, including the one-time payment.
You can pay using a credit or debit card issued in your name. We don't accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards.
